HISTORY

At the beginning of the 1950s, George Kiriakou establishes a wood processing plant at Komninon Street, in Serres. As the building construction requirements changed and the turnover of the company increased, he establishes the new company "GEORGE KIRIAKOU & ASSOCIATES LTD" in 1974, whose line of business was the trade of Building Construction Materials and the exclusive dealing of products manufactured by SIDENOR structural steel, TITAN cements, ELLENIT concrete pipes and insulation, utilizing the prevailing, at that time, felizol material. During the following decades, the company enjoys great success, achieving record sales in all of its products, and establishes itself as the top building materials trading shop in the Prefecture of Serres, supplying materials to all of the major construction projects of each period.

In 1995, it manages to become the exclusive dealer of FIBRAN insulating materials in the Prefecture, and in 1999 it is relocated to its new premises at the 1st km of the Serres - Thessalonica road. Since 2006, with renewed and youthful management and personnel, the company is streamlined and evolves, making a new dynamic start under the simplified and more recognizable trade name: "KIRIAKOU - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS"

So today, "KIRIAKOU - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS", completing more than half a century of operation, and thanks to your cooperation, is the most complete building materials trading shop in the Prefecture of Serres. Having its own site of reinforcing steel processing and providing a wide range of products, from cements and insulating materials, to plasters, sealants and other modern and special construction materials, the company still has the same goal: to be by the side of each individual, builder and contractor, as it has always been, not only today, but also for many more decades to come…
